Q: Is it the actually like a bar in a restaurant?
A: Yes, it is designed to give your guests the ability to sit and relax at a real bar creating a fun atmosphere and centerpiece for any outdoor event.

Q: How many bartenders can work in this unit?
A: The unit is very large and designed to hold up to 4 bartenders. There are 4 identical stations with the 8 beer taps centered so each bartender can easily access the taps quickly.

Q: How many seats does it accommodate?
A: The bar can comfortably handle 30 bar stools. There could easily be 100 guests standing around this bar and under the awning.

Q: How do you get a unit that big in place?
A: The unit is hauled on a 26 foot hydraulic trailer.  Once we arrive we back it into place, tilt the bed and then lower the unit into place.  We take all precautions to protect the grass, asphalt or concrete surface.

Q: What equipment is available standard?
A: The unit currently is equipped with 8 chilled draft lines, 4 large ice bins, 2 undercounter liquor display units, liquor speed rail on each ice bin, shelving, stereo and interior and exterior lighting . We supply ice for the jockey-style draft boxes upon arrival as well as 8 standard keg jackets to keep the kegs from warming. Co2 and and bar stools can be rented for an additional charge.

Q: What add-ons can be purchased and do you sell ice?
A: Co2 and and bar stools can be rented for an additional charge.  Ice is available in 20lb bags. Other equipment is available on the pricing page.

Q: Do you supply alcohol and supplies?
A: These units are designed to be a rentals with party packages available. We do not have licensing to provide alcohol, however you can purchase beer and wine through your local supplier (Total Beverage preferred) and we can pick it up saving you the hassle and strained back. Handling charges will apply depending on the amount and type of alcohol purchased.

Q: Do the kegs need to be cold?
A: We highly recommend that you keep the kegs under refrigeration until the event. However, the jockey-style boxes will chill warm beer easily from 80 degrees to 40 degrees with little to no foam. The system is the best out there and you will not have any issues.

Q: Do you partner with charities for fund raising?
A: Yes. We are always looking for a charity to partner with to help them in their fund raising goals. 501(c)3 charities are able to acquire a one day beer and wine license for an event. All profit from the days event goes directly to the charity.
